Some think the world of the UCC is neither good or bad, and it may actually provide tools to operate as a free being while interacting with government. The goal is to make a clear distinction between the real man/woman and the fiction that government interacts with. When accomplished you might be able stay out of jail when charged with a "criminal offense". That wouldn't apply to crimes which actually have victims.

Most bureaucrats seem to know the UCC rules that apply to their job but don't have a clue what the fundamentals are. Knowing the fundamentals gives you a serious advantage.

UCC: what it is and why

Take control of the fictional you

The fictional version of you which, you, and government, uses to operate in the fictional world, was created when your mother applied for a birth certificate. The government assumes you are OK with them using it because you never told them otherwise. We can clarify the distintion between the real you and the fiction and take control of the fiction, at the same time.
First, we use a Security Agreement to claim all the assets of the fictional you, and make you the sole benificiary of those assets and any future assets. As the Secured Party, you will be in charge of everything the fiction has and does. The agreement should insure that the fiction will always owe you and no-one else. Here is a Security agreement that I made for myself. It is way overkill for what it is to accomplish.

Next, we want to make sure nobody else can say they have a claim on any of your assets and that you are always first in line to collect from the fictional you. Realize, that this will put all debt collectors behind you when it comes to collections.
You will use the same document that a bank would use to claim that your fictional person owes them. You fill out a UCC Financing Statement and send it to the Secretary of State where the fictional you was created. They will put their seal on it, file it, and send you a copy. Sample: [2] [3]
